What are the exchange and return policies?
You can request an exchange or return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Important:
— The item must not have been used;
— The item must be in its original condition;
— All tags and the original packaging must be included.
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for exchanges or returns. If the item is missing or there is an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.
How does delivery work, and how long does it take?
Delivery within Ukraine takes 1–3 business days. During sales periods, delivery may take up to 5 business days.
Delivery is handled by Nova Poshta. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer according to the carrier’s rates.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship orders worldwide, except to Russia and Belarus.
International shipping typically takes 14–21 days, but this may vary depending on logistics and the situation in the destination country.
