Return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”

Measurements
A Chest measurement. Wrap a centimeter around the most voluminous and protruding part of the chest, half inhale and record the volume.
B Waist circumference. Wrap a centimeter around the thinnest part of the waist, measure half-inhaling. Do not pull in or inflate your stomach during the measurement.
C Hip circumference. Measured at the largest part of the buttocks, approximately at the level of the hip joints.
D Shoulder width. Holding a measuring tape in front of you, record the distance from the edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other. There is no need to rotate the shoulders in a circle, for this measurement you need a “half-grip”.
E Sleeve length. With the arm half extended or held straight, but never bent, measure the distance from the shoulder to the wrist.
G Neck circumference. Measure the base of the neck directly above the collarbone.
F Leg length. Standing up straight, measure the distance from the groin to the ankle bone.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery time is 1-3 business days (delivery of orders placed during the sale period can be extended up to 5 business days).
What is the cost of delivery?
For all orders, delivery is at the expense of the recipient according to the NP tariffs.

How long do I have to return the goods?
You can return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
* Provided that the goods were not in use, and their original packaging, presentation and consumer qualities (labels, tags with the characteristics of the goods) are preserved.
Who pays the cost of the return service?
Transportation costs for the return of defective goods shall be paid by the Seller.
Return of goods for any other reason shall be paid by the Buyer.
How to care for your clothes?
All our items should be washed in a delicate cycle at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
White and colored items should be washed separately.
If there are stains on the clothes, it is better to soak them in warm water with a special detergent before washing.
Do not leave clothes in the water for too long to prevent the fabric from losing its brightness.
If you add fabric softener to the machine, your clothes will retain their softness and original appearance for longer.
Do not leave wet clothes in the washing machine for too long. Fleece garments may shed after the first wash.Iron clothes at a temperature of 110-150C, and turn clothes with prints inside out.If you do not wear a garment for a long time, store it folded, so it will last longer.
