Measurements

A Chest measurement. Wrap a centimeter around the most voluminous and protruding part of the chest, take a half breath and record the volume.

B Waist measurement. Wrap a centimeter around the thinnest part of the waist, measure half-inhaling. Do not pull in or inflate your stomach while measuring.

C Hip circumference. Measured at the largest part of the buttocks, approximately at the level of the hip joints.

D Shoulder width. Holding a centimeter in front of you, record the distance from the edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other. No need to rotate the shoulders in a circle, for this measurement you need a "half-grip".

E Sleeve length. Extend your arm halfway, or hold it straight, but never bend it, and measure the distance from the shoulder to the wrist.

G Neck circumference. Measure the base of the neck directly above the collarbone.

F Leg length. Standing up straight, measure the distance from the groin to the ankle bone.
